Adrienne Thorson serves as Chairwoman and CEO. Adrienne has 26 years’ experience in financial services, including 16 years at AmeriNat.  Prior to coming to AmeriNat, Adrienne was CFO of Americana National Bank and spent 8 years in public accounting at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP.  Adrienne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Mankato State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.


Michael Torres serves as President and COO.  Mike has 28 years’ experience working for AmeriNat. Prior to his employment with AmeriNat, Michael served in the United States Marine Corp.  Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Phoenix.


Mark Fredericks serves as Senior Vice President of Multifamily Services.  Mark has over 15 years’ experience in affordable multifamily real estate finance and Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit investments.  Prior to AmeriNat, Mark was Vice President for Wachovia Bank and Bank of America. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida State University.


Tim O’Malley serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  Tim has 10 years’ experience working for AmeriNat.  Prior to AmeriNat, Tim was National Government and Education Sales Representative for Nikon, Inc.  Tim is active in the support of affordable housing across the United States.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from University of Maryland.


Anesu Manjengwa serves as Director of Information Technology.  Anesu has over 25 years’ experience in Information Technology, includ­ing 16 years at AmeriNat. Prior to AmeriNat, Anesu was an IT Consultant for Cal Poly Pomona. Anesu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from California State University, Los Angeles.




Michelle “Micki” Gylten serves as Regional Sales Manager.  She has over 22 years’ experience in the financial industry.  Prior to AmeriNat, Micki held various positions in banking and insurance.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Ball State University.




Walter Gammage serves as the Mortgage Operations Manager.  Walter has over 20 years’ experience in lending operations and loan administration.  Prior to AmeriNat, Walter was the Loan Administration Manager for Nuvision Federal Credit Union.  He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from
Santa Barbara Business College.



Victor Merritt serves as Director of Default Management.  He possesses a strong background in loan servicing, risk management and compliance.  Victor brings over 20 years’ collections experience to AmeriNat.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University.



Jennifer Zollman serves as Service Support Manager.  She has 15 years of loan servicing experience.  Jennifer holds an Associates degree with a special emphasis on the foundations of business from the University of Phoenix.



Debbie Vranesh serves as Operations Manager.  Debbie has 20 years’ experience working in financial services.  Prior to AmeriNat, Debbie worked with Financial Partners Credit Union. She holds an Associates degree with a Certificate in Accounting from Orange Coast College.
