Adrienne Thorson serves as Chairwoman and CEO. Adrienne has over 31 years’ experience in financial services, including 20 years at AmeriNat. Prior to AmeriNat, Adrienne served as Market President and CFO of Americana National Bank and spent 8 years in public accounting at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP. Adrienne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Mankato State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Michael Torres serves as COO. Mike has over 30 years’ experience working for AmeriNat. Prior to AmeriNat, Michael served in the United States Marine Corp. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Phoenix.
Danelle Thomsen serves as CFO. Danelle has over 10 years’ experience in financial institutions, both private and public. Prior to AmeriNat, Danelle served as the Controller for Opus Bank. Danelle has also served as the CFO of Foothills Bank in Arizona. Danelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the California State Polytechnic University.
Shaunda Clark serves as Controller. Shaunda has over 17 years’ experience in corporate and financial strategy, risk mitigation and balance sheet management. Prior to AmeriNat, Shaunda served as CFO for financial institutions in Nevada and Washington. Shaunda holds an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Ben Christensen serves as CTO. Ben has over 17 years’ experience in IT. Prior to AmeriNat, Ben served as the Chief Information Officer for Weber State Credit Union. Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
Mark Fredericks serves as Senior Vice President of Multifamily Services. Mark has over 17 years’ experience in affordable multifamily real estate finance and Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit investments. Prior to AmeriNat, Mark was Vice President for Wachovia Bank and Bank of America. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida State University.
Tim O’Malley serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Tim has over 14 years’ experience working for AmeriNat. Prior to AmeriNat, Tim was National Government & Education Sales Representative for Nikon. Tim is active in support of affordable housing across the United States. Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from University of Maryland.
Anesu Manjengwa serves as Director of Information Technology. Anesu has over 25 years’ experience in Information Technology, including 18 years at AmeriNat. Prior to AmeriNat, Anesu was an IT Consultant for Cal Poly Pomona. Anesu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from California State University.
Micki Gylten serves as Regional Sales Manager. Micki has over 25 years’ experience in the financial industry. Prior to AmeriNat, Micki held various positions in banking and insurance. Micki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Ball State University.
Debbie Vranesh serves as Operations Manager. Debbie has over 30 years’ experience working in financial services. Prior to AmeriNat, Debbie worked with Financial Partners Credit Union. Debbie holds an Associates degree with a Certificate in Accounting from Orange Coast College.
Victor Merritt serves as Director of Default Management. Victor possesses a strong background in loan servicing, risk management and compliance and brings over 24 years’ collections experience to AmeriNat. Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University.
